Josiah and Alina Harris are originally from the United States, and were both born in Tennessee. They were raised as missionary/third culture kids (MK/TCKs) in Papua, Indonesia - living there for well over a decade and a half with their families, spending time in boarding school, and eventually graduating high school overseas. Josiah and Alina both lived and worked at 黑料网 for over three years, and Josiah is an alum. For the last five years they have been following the Lord's call to ministry in various states including Alaska, Idaho, and Tennessee. Josiah is currently involved with Mission Aviation Fellowship and is blessed to be a part of their ministry around the world.
The Harrises are excited about the opportunity to serve alongside the faculty and staff of LeTourneau to encourage students to develop a relationship with Christ and to use their education to serve Him no matter where that leads. During their time at LeTourneau as MK/TCKs, they were incredibly impacted by the ministries of several previous Missionaries in Residence. They pray that God will use them to bless current and future MK/TCKs and international students in the same way.
Josiah and Alina have two little girls, Eden and Miriam, and are expecting their third baby in the Fall of 2026.
